An archive and personal Tumblr blog for my photographs of low-budget signage. The aesthetic for the site is defined by the photographs themselves: I looked through the images and grouped stylistic consistencies into filters with matching CSS styles. When I tag a post it physically changes its styling. The result is a an overuse of drop shadows, decorative typefaces, and neon that creates an obnoxious, hyperbolic reflection of the original signs in the photographs.
To create this website, I constructed a Tumblr theme from scratch and added my own styles and interactive elements with CSS and jQuery.
